Holiday Hours and Daycare/Boarding Policies

Holiday hours for 2018/19 are as follows:

December 22-24  -  8:30am-5:30pm

December 25  -  8:30am-5:30pm (with reservation only, doors locked all day)

December 26-28  -  6:00am-8:00pm

December 29-January 1  -  8:30am-5:30pm

 

NO AFTER-HOURS PICK-UP/DROP-OFF BETWEEN DECEMBER 22 AND JANUARY 1, INCLUSIVE, AND NO SHUTTLE SERVICE AVAILABLE.

Cell phones will not be monitored outside of the hours posted above. Dogs must be picked up before we lock the doors for the night, otherwise you will need to pick them up the next day. A penalty of one night’s boarding will be charged, in addition to your original reservation, be it for daycare or boarding.

                       

Holiday Boarding Policy:

In order to guarantee your pet’s stay, all boarding fees must be paid in full at the time of booking. Boarding fees are an additional $10 per night, per dog, and $7 per night, per cat, between December 22 and January 2. Boarding packages and discounts (including nurse/emergency responder and Unlimited Daycare discounts) CANNOT be used for boarding during these dates.

 

Reservations must be cancelled with at least 72 hours’ notice and are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. No refund will be issued if reservation is cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice, or if the total reservation fee is less than $100.

 

Emergency Responders:                   

If you are registered with us as an emergency responder, you may still drop-off/pick-up your dog for daycare/boarding after-hours, as long as reservations are made BEFORE December 15. It is important that drop-off and pick-up times are accurate as we will not be monitoring cell phones after hours.
